Rhino Mobile Mechanics of Fresno

They know how to properly isolate, diagnose, and fix any issue I’ve had with my vehicles over the years. The shop is always busy but I only trust their mechanic to work on my cars. Highly recommend if you’re looking for an actual auto repair shop.

I had a sudden issue with my truck engine stalling while on the way to work and found Rhino Mobile Mechanics through a quick search. They arrived exactly when they said they would and managed to diagnose a faulty sensor that had been bothering me for weeks. The technician was professional, explained everything clearly, and had the part replaced in under an hour. It is such a relief to find a reliable mobile service that actually cares about doing quality work. I will definitely be calling them again if I run into any more car trouble.

I didn’t immediately trust what I was seeing under the hood of my 2011 Acura TSX, so I called Rhino Mobile Mechanics of Fresno mostly to confirm my suspicion. There was oil around the engine and I wanted a second opinion before committing to anything. The mechanic showed me exactly where the valve cover gasket was leaking, explained why it happens on these engines, and replaced it cleanly onsite. I checked everything afterward and it lined up with what I’d expect. I’m pretty picky, but this one honestly earned a five-star rating.

When he was done, he said the truck still wouldn't start because it needed a new battery. My husband replaced the battery, but it still wouldn't start. Dustin came back to replace the starter again with another new starter, but it still didn’t start. He then said that he couldn't find the problem, and it must be something electrical. Ended up taking it to an actual shop, where they determined it was, in fact, the starter. They pulled the starter out and it was the original starter, as old as the truck. They replaced it with an actual new starter and it started right up. Rhino Mobile Mechanics charged us almost $400 AND NEVER DID ANYTHING!!! The attached photos show the "new" starter Dustin Badasci (sent by Rhino) says he installed. We called Rhino numerous times and when they finally answered, they promised, both verbally and in a text message, that we would be refunded the entire amount in a couple of days (because it was the weekend), but once again it was just empty words. We did not receive a refund for several days. We were in the proce
